Our Japan entity is driving an AI smart park initiative in Mifune, Kumamoto Prefecture — about 30 minutes from TSMC's JASM fab — centered on an AI data center, combined with semiconductor talent development and a startup ecosystem.

The core of the park — next-generation GPU compute with liquid-cooled design, serving AI compute demand across Japan and Asia.
